Welcome to Crapsdle. By accessing or using this game, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Game

You may play Crapsdle for personal enjoyment and skill practice. Publicly streaming or recording gameplay for platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok is permitted, including on monetized channels, as long as you do not claim ownership of the game or distribute the game itself.

Crapsdle is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not provide gambling, betting, or financial advice.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Crapsdle, including its code, design, artwork, gameplay systems, and branding, is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, distribute, host, embed, frame, or otherwise reuse the game or its assets without express written permission. This includes publishing the game on your own website or app, or using it as part of another product or platform.

You are welcome to stream or record gameplay for platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok, including monetized content, as long as you provide appropriate credit and do not misrepresent or resell the game.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Crapsdle uses device-based sessions by default. If you verify an email or purchase premium access, you are responsible for keeping that access under your control and for activity performed through your session.

4. Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, paid purchases are eligible for a strict, no-exceptions 100% refund only when you submit a refund request through our Refund Request Portal (crapsdle.com/refund). The refund request must be submitted at or before the exact timestamp that is 10 days after the purchase date and time recorded by our payment processor.

For example, if a purchase is made on June 4 at 2:30 p.m., the refund request must be submitted no later than June 14 at 2:30 p.m.; a request submitted on June 14 at 2:32 p.m. is too late.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crapsdle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the game, including data loss, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on gameplay content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the game at our discretion, especially if these terms are violated or if behavior harms the game or other users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Crapsdle after updates means you accept the revised terms.
